They're new, so I give them that. But, their sisterhood is nonexistent (everyone talks about their inter and intra-pledge class fights). They think they're better than they actually are. Some girls are really cute, but most are awkward. Plus, their physical house looks like a senior citizens home. Nice try, girls, but you can't buy classiness.

Alpha Delt has fallen off dramatically since 2011. They were desperate enough to drop fliers around campus begging a group of top rushes to join over Sig Phi. Barely hanging on to the upper middle tier.

Worst house on campus by far...it's sad really...because Phi Sig is the new house. But even they're doing better than AXiD. Yeah, they had a huge pledge class this year but that's because they were too afraid to cut anyone. And it's not about quantity. It's quality. And these girls are still awkward and weird as ever. They're nice, no doubt...but it's hard to establish mixers and good Greek house relations when they're awkward. They were the worst house I rushed at by far.
