Lol this has gotta be one of the weakest SX chapters nationally when compared to the southern/state school ones, but top tier here. Would rate these guys as bottom tier at any respectable Greek school.

Chi psi is a wayyyy better house than SX. Chi Psi is elite at Cornell. Best men and best fraternal practices. Must I say the physical house is exquisite as well
