In my opinion and from what I've seen kappa has one of the best. Phi mu and AGD do as well. All of these sororities not only are close with their own sisters, but with all of the other sororities too. I'm not trying to talk bad about chi I and alpha chi, but they seem very catty with their own sisters and to me that's not very sisterly.
