Do you not understand how snap bids work? When a srat doesn’t meet quota they can give out snap bids on bid day to help them make quota. A srat doesn’t meet quota when they go all the way to the bottom of their last bid list and they still have bids available. At that point they approach girls who dropped out of recruitment and ask them if they’d accept a bid to kd. What about that don’t you understand?
