Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 1.0 Sorry AZD by virtue of being a new sorority, your house is gonna suck for the next couple of years. You'll probably do better than gamma phi, as they're the designated bottom tier house and quickly catch up to Pi phi who's the second worse house (the take the girls all the other sororities rejected and didn't want to go gamma phi). Either way the popularity of your sorority nationally I ultimately what's going to determine how much your house improves.
