Gamma phi is known for being the sorority that has to always invite every girl back during rush because girls try and drop them. The people in it are less than good looking, awkward, and have poor social skills. Definitely bottom tier. Yeah they may be sweet girls, but that doesnt help you much when your face/body looks like a train wreck

AXO is definitely getting better year after year. If top sororities like KD and DDD get pledge classes similar to the ones they got fall 12 then AXO will most likely become a top tier sorority. Not super involved around campus but have a great sisterhood and most like to go out a lot!
