descriptions of girls in each houses

gphi: these are the classic New York fashionistas who peak in college
aphi: a mix of girls but typically very nice. good balance between work and play.
aopi: not really one type of girl in this house. seem kind of lost with identities.
KD: all brunette quirky girls, most will say social climbey but they have an alternative vibe to them
pi phi: once again not really a specific type of girl in this but they like leaves. also down for a fun time ;)
zeta: athletic, warmhearted girls who are dedicated to their futures and consistently amaze me
agam: driven, take home to mom girls. wife these ones up
theta: the ones who were left over... not bad just how it is. half the pc dropped.

GPHI: you’re mostly right but I wouldn’t say they’re peaking in college
APHI: they care a lot about image which isn’t necessarily a bad thing
AOPI: they have a type and it’s rich girls from westchester
KD: dont really have a general type, but they do have an alt vibe
PIPHI: not as into leaves as you’d think, but yeah pretty much
ZETA: can’t really speak to the athletic part but definitely warm-hearted and driven
AGAM: they’re smart and sweet but scary
THETA: these girls aren’t stereotypical srat girls and get a lot of hate for it, but they’re sweet, smart and have an amazing sisterhood

Props to you for mentioning something mostly positive about each srat. More people need to realize that there’s good things about each house.
