when is it back?

Hi! I am an ED1 applicant to lehigh and one of the main reasons I applied was for greek life and all of the amazing work hard play hard opportunities. Is this ban gonna last until next year like should we be worried? is there an idea of when it will end. asking for a friend ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
