Have been going down hill over the past year. The new pc’s have been small and weird. Occupancy is definitely going to be an issue, and they have only been getting guys who couldn’t join any other fraternity. The older guys are fun, but in a year or so it’s not going to be pretty

1.Phi Sig fall pc is usually as big as its spring pc. When you account for that the numbers are perfectly fine 2.Many of the current pledges had multiple bids, many to top tier houses. Those who didn't was because they suicide-rushed, which speaks to the quality of the brotherhood and the parties 3. GDI? Sounds like op is butthurt cause he didn't get any bids...

Their brotherhood is incredible. They might not be that popular, but they truly love hanging out with each other and care deeply about their brotherhood and academics.

Chill guys but literally give bids to anyone, I mean ANYONE that shows up to events. Just take a look at their new PC. All of them are kinda weird, which is OK, but half of them are actually creepy around girls.
