Please yes they are a good frat but just because you got kicked off doesn't make you the best all of the sudden. Your pledge classes are good but there is a big amount of not cool guys in the house especially the sophs. You guys think you have the best parties bc you dance with yourselves. You can stop self ranking it's embarrassing and being kicked off does matter

Although lambda lost its chapter house, it remains to be the most dominant fraternity in terms of social life, which is almost exclusively off campus. Coolest group of dudes who party with the hottest girls almost every night. Lambda will continue to rage this year , from what I have heard.

Most fun and genuine group of guys on the hill and the top sororities' favorite fraternity by far. They may have lost their house but they will always be top. Incoming freshmen don't let the fact that they got kicked off campus stop you from rushing there, Lambda is just as much a fraternity without their charter as they were before.
