These guys are seriously creepy and always have random grad students and older alum at their parties and events. They prey on freshman and are completely bottom tier. They never will and don't deserve to get a house on the hill. Everyone would prefer if they'd just stay in their off-campus cave forever. Seriously creepy guys.

I won't go to our parties with them anymore because they scare me. Why was a 23 year old alumni grad student hitting on me at our last party with them? Really scary group of guys....
