dphie house update?

has dphie’s house been completed? I feel like they had their groundbreaking ceremony in 2023 and said it would take several months

The house had several delays but work is being done now and will be done by end of the year. Go by and see for yourself. They have added additions to the back. It is going to be very nice.

Unfortunately no but the house will be ready at the end of the year. There is a new addition and the old part is being renovated. It is going to be very nice.

No hate but why is their house taking so long? alpha phi’s house took a year and AXiD’s house is taking a year

Ran into multiple issues that stopped and delayed construction. They took longer than preferred to work through. No one was happy but things are moved by quickly now. Go see for yourself the new addition on the back of the house where new dining hall and rooms will be.
