Would someone explain the KA hype?seriously?

Honest debate . I feel KA’s presence down town sucks, their house is in sh:tville and their events are Whatever. I have had a great time and better location at Chi Phi . SAE great location but the dudes come on man !

KA is just the herd mentality ( monkey see monkey do . One says they’re great and everyone seems to fall in line . IMHO there are 8 to 10 very strong fraternities to include KA that are all basically he same . Great socials ,date nights ,formals ,alumni support ,money ,downtown presence etc.
