Just how it is. Explained for 2025. No order.

KA SAE ChiPhi ATO Fiji

People always glaze the top 5 so I will try to be critical here. They are all obviously top and would be anywhere else. KA and SAE will always be top 2 despite SAE being soft AF and KA being reckless AF with pledgeship. ChiPhi like the other 2 has a lot of history but less name recognition, a lot of VA DC and MD guys here in addition to a lot of instate old money private school kids. ATO and Fiji both have history going for them but Fijis parties aren't as good and the guys are squids/liberal AF, and ATO has practically 0 participation from alumni and lack money. All 5 have the best pull, guys, history and parties.

SX KS SN PKA PKP

KS and SX are by far the two best spots for house parties, PKP and PKA too but less so. SN is definitely not a big party spot and like ATO don't have a lot of cash or alumni participation but their quality of guys, history, name and pull here are top quality. If you go to any of these 5 you are getting what would be a top tier/#1 fraternity at any other school, southern cal, Ohio state, Texas, FSU, etc. here they are just a step down with a lot of potential to move up.

PDT DSP BTP SPE TEP

All 5 pull good/top sororities have great guys and good parties(less frequently albeit). No one here has a bad rep of any kind and are mostly safe places. Pretty much only TEP keeps up with the above 10 groups activity (they have more parties/events than SN) but TEP is kind of niche despite starting to outgrow that.

AEPi PKT DTD SP OX

AEPi like TEP is outgrowing their niche status but also have hella money, just not as good of pull or parties. PKT and DTD are both Under rated AF because they are more selective(PKT less so) and people tend to go with bigger groups in rankings instead. They consistently pull better sororities (DTD has KDs and ZTAs consistently and PKT has XO and DDDs over a lot) and out throw bigger groups even in the tier above but don't have the name recognition other groups have. OX has a creepy rep and SP has a burnout rep like ChiPhi and Pike. Both are good but are not nearly selective enough, parties for SP get big and good sororities show out but only when better groups don't throw, same with OX but less so.

LXA ChiPsi AGR DKE BYX

LXA has their house back and I wouldn't be surprised if they shot up to mid in 5 years like KS and SN did after their trouble, used to be top tier here. ChiPsi is under rated AF. It are more academic then party animals, like DTD and PKT they have the most random pull with good sororities. AGR DKE and BYX are all niche and good times but not like the rest of fraternities here.
