Top
KA, Chi Phi, Sae, Fiji

Standard four up top. KA will continue to be number 1 for the foreseeable future. Great house and top relations. Chi Phi are a bunch of Yankees who love some substances. Best house and second most hyped up party with Lost. Sae is only holding on by the "hype" of Showercap and the concept of Old Row. Great location for a house but too many legacy bids. Fiji is no doubt number four. Great sorority relations and good money. Island is one of the top spring parties as well.

Lower Top
ATO, SNU, KS, SX

ATO is really going downhill in almost everything except their sorority relations and Tau tug. They're clearly not well funded with the state of the house and no spring party. SNU freshman PC is very solid and they have good joints with top sororities. House is not great for parties. KS has come up rather quickly especially with a good spring party this year. Relations are solid enough but tend to have lower turnouts for tailgates. SX is pretty much SNU but a notch down in every category. Still have better relations than most and a better house since it's off campus.

Upper Mid
Pikapp, Dsig, Phi Delt, Sig Ep

Pikapp is the definition of solid. Nothing is over the top but another is underwhelming. Has the relations and has the pull. Dsig and Phi delt are similar. Phi delt slight edge in relations but Dsig has the advantage of being on Milledge for tailgates. Sig Ep will seem like one of the top during football season but fall off a cliff right after. They have the advantage of building relations early because of no pledgeship but other frats quickly catch up.

Lower Mid
Aepi, Pike, Theta Chi, Tep

Aepi has an awful house but had itsmurph so they on the slight up. For such a good looking house Pike is rather underwhelming getting carried by their firetruck in football season. Theta Chi is an average Milledge frat but was unfortunately canceled on by Dababy. Tep had WackaFlocka.

Beta, Sig Pi, Phi kapp
