is it worth rushing

is it worth rushing if i am going to be a junior and going to have a 2.8-2.9 gpa once grades post. just idk if I want to go through all of it just to not be in a sorority or I get into one and not be allowed to do anything. My roommate dropped her sorority and said she wasn't allowed to do anything once her gpa was below a 3.0. really any advice or insight would be helpful please and thank you !
