  • 4 Alpha Delta Pi
  • 5 Delta Delta Delta
  • 6 Alpha Omicron Pi
  • 7 Kappa Alpha Theta
  • 8 Alpha Chi Omega
  • 9 Kappa Kappa Gamma
  • 10 Zeta Tau Alpha
Ranked by year established at UGA. Except for AGD, the same sororities continue to fall in the top 10 because they are the original sororities est before 1950.

They’ll probably always be ranked in top 10. Which is why greek rank is so pointless. Basically join one of these 10 and you got a good one. They move around but stay

I know sdt and agd are some of the oldest too. SDt is so niche they really don’t belong in the rankings. But what about agd? They’ve been around a long time but are always ranked low. I was told they did something at one time that got them suspended. Anyone know?

These have been in the top 10 since they were founded at uga. This is exactly why what you see on GR is false. No matter how many other chapters try to self rank, these sororities aren’t leaving the top 10.
It’s the same across almost all colleges. The oldest sororities rank higher.

Yes. This is exactly why you shouldn’t fall for the “old row” lie.

I know there isn’t really an old row at uga but why does Kappa call themselves old row? So many sororities came before them. Many even before Theta.

What happened to agd? If they are one of the oldest, why not as popular? And why does theta & kappa call themselves old row when they aren’t? It’s so confusing.

There is no old row at UGA. Years ago, some of the sororities and frats declared they were “top” old row and started claiming it. Every dumb sheep just accepted it. It’s not true. We also aren’t “top”. Don’t believe the ranks.
