KA/ATO- best of old and new row. Not falling.

SAE/ChiPhi/Fiji- if fiji ever lets themselves go dry theyd fall. SAE is soft.

Upper Mid

SNu/SX- SNu is getting weirder but their history keeps them near the top. SX is @lright id say they have the best chance to move up if fiji goes dry.

KS/PKA/PKP- these 3 are the best outside of the top 7, and arguable AEPi as well. None are dry and all have good history here.

Mid

AEPi/PDT/BTP/DSP- these 4 are great but are starting to struggle with national policies and recruiting (minus AEPi and Delta Sig, they recruit well).

TEP/DTD/LXA/SPE- sigep and Lmbda are on their ways out and DTD and Tep are moving up.

Lower mid

AGR/SP/BYX/TKE- decent groups worth looking into as well.

KA ATO ChiPhi
SAE SX Fiji SNu

KA, ATO, SAE pretty much run a monopoly on the wealthy in state guys. ChiPhi, SigmaChi, and Fiji are great spots for public school GA guys, Out of state southern, and non southern out of state. SNu is a mix of everything really, they just bid a lot of random guys who turn out to be chill AF.

Upper Mid
DSP PKA PDT
KS BTP PKP LXA

Delta Sig and Pike are new to this situation but are both great groups. PhiDelt is old row and could return to above if SX or Fiji starts to struggle. KS PKP LXA and Beta are great options as well. KS just returned (moving up quickly), PiKapp and LXA have chill guys but have had to go initiate some UNG guys, PiKapps house is nice. Beta recruits less guys but all are chill AF.

Lower mid
AEPi TEP DTD
SP AGR SigEp BYX

All are great groups with decent housing, get girls, and good guys. Most of these happen to be niche fraternities though so i guess it just depends on whether you like the guys or not.
