SAE is the one chapter dropping faster than others. Idk if its their national's eliminating pledgeship or the inbreed nature of its recruitment.
Sigma Chi is right up there on a list of frats dropping in reputation. A few years ago, Sigma Chi was considered one of the top three fraternities on campus. Bad pledge classes have dropped them, imo, to about 7 or 8.
Beta, too, was a top 6-7 fraternity not long ago. Not sure what happened here but definitely has lost its luster.
Same as before, no drop and no gain: Fiji, SigEp, Kappa Sig, Delta Sig and Phi Delt..
Highest risers? ATO and Sigma Nu.

SigEp is losing social relevance quickly.
SNu is substance free which it's main obstacle but also have to deal with blanket bidding.
Everything else you said is cool.

SNU has the largest pledge class fall and accused of blanket bidding ? Please - they out worked this last summer .

Maybe they have the biggest pledge class because the gave bids to anybody and everybody who walked in the door.

Now that SNu Lambda Beta PhiDelt and SigEp are all substance free they have to resort to blanket bidding to keep numbers up or be super selective with guys they know will take bids and aren't rushing anywhere else.
They've started to lose they identity they used to have here and are now just a bunch of random guys. Groups like SNu and kinda Beta/Phidelt are doing ok only because of their name recognition and history at UGA but they are dropping for a lot of groups here.
SAE is sort of struggling but not really. Yeah a lot of their dudes are soft AF and take advantage of their no pledgeship policy (any one of them could call up Nationals and rat after initiation), but sororities don't care. A lot of them are still solid but some of them don't care for the brotherhood and use their dads money to rush them just for the sake of saying they went old row.
ChiPhi is getting bashed here and idk why. In my honest opinion they are doing fine. Yeah they're a mix just like the others mentioned above, but are mostly in state or DC/MD/VA (DMV). It's not the exclusive in state southern crowd the rest of old row or new row has but it is still an identity.
Fiji isn't struggling yet despite technically being dry because Nationals allows them to have alcohol in house so long as they complete mandatory risk management trainings.
SX is a mix as well and don't really have an identity but because so many other big name groups in Greek life are struggling right now they starting to recover.
Pi Kapp is Under rated for sure but they've had to go initiate a few UNG guys being UGAs back the last few years. That's not a good look. Still with everyone else struggling theyre starting to pick it up despite not having a whole lot of good history here.
KS is rising much faster than usual recharters because of who they were before and solid alumni effort. Their older guys are sort of weird but their younger guys are solid mostly in state or southern.
Pike is rising fast and people sleep on them for no reason. I guess their national recognition is good and bad, so that might be it. All in state pretty much and solid ragers.
TEP is starting to compete with AEPi and have more history here so let's see what happens with them.

Their social lives are holding them back. Also the makeup of their brotherhood is fractured.

Tailgates and their mixing schedule makes up for their lack of decent house parties.
Still with that and their blanket bidding they're going on a strange path.
