rushing as a sophomore

I rushed as a freshman this year and coming from out of state and not knowing anyone, was cut from almost every house. I accepted a COB to a house and then ended up dropping. I am hoping to rush again as a sophomore. What do my chances look like rushing again as a sophomore. I know quite a few girls in various sororities
