Dg did have a better pledge class this year but one good pc isn't going to move them out of bottom

DG had a noticeably improved pledge class this year but they've been slowly getting better for 4-5 years now. I think it's fair to say they're moving up now especially after seeing the improvements to their social calendar.

aopi and zeta are waaay too high if we are putting an emphasis on this year's pledge classes
