If you look at some other sororities rankings (kappa, adpi, phi mu, chi o, theta, kd etc) you will see bad rankings all on the same date as this nice ranking and around the same time. Looks to me like little miss pi phi isn't so confident after all and has to self rank to make her sorority look better. how sad.
