Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.0 they will be substance free in 2020 and already had a huge amount of brothers/pledges drop or go alumni because of this. obviously a fraternity is about more than just parties but it is a huge incentive for people to join, why not reward yourself after studying hard all semester? these guys are mostly out of state and it is shocking to see his far they have fallen since last years announcement of their substance free policy.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 3.8 SigEp has notoriously received a bad rep for being a "weak" fraternity. In getting to know a lot of the most recent pledge class I can honestly say that they are some of the most solid guys I've ever met. 100% disagree with the stereotype.
