Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.0 their nationals mistake was thinking that every fraternity runs pledge ship just to hurt kids. That's not the case for any good fraternity, and those that do are struggling bad now. Pledge ship is supposed to help show commitment to the values these groups have, if you don't commit then you're not initiated. because SigEp is missing this process they get a lot of weak dudes. Also the no alcohol rule is hurting their social life bad, how about a moderation policy instead? Their lazy and GREEDY nationals DGAF about their chapters and just want their money without putting in the work to manage risk. that's why they're going downhill everywhere.
