I understand giving people second and third chances but if they aren’t bettering your organization then it’s time to let them go. There’s the shroom girl who wins awards. I rushed last year and all these girls were so welcoming! Loved getting to know them. A few sisters even reached out to me after I decided not to join. Over all really great group of girls.
