If your organization and sisterhood is really that bad, why do people stay around? You can try to reinvent your org through giving someone else the position of sisterhood if they’re really doing that bad at it. Maybe even try talking to the people in charge of your org to see how to make things work.

wow what a year this has been for the sigs, had some great events and really stepped up their game with socials, can't wait to see how derby days will go but the schedule looks really good. hopefully they can keep going like this
