Which frat is the best to live in?

I may rush next semester and partly do to hearing that the housing is relatively good for some and cheap. So which frats are best to live in?

Out of the fun ones DU sucks to live same w Fiji. Zeta is good but messy. Phi kap is clean but a bit more boring
