From what i have seen in every house on campus, anyone who served as the vp stepping down to a minor chair position like social chair means 2 things. 1) that member was never meant to be VP in the first place. 2) the now social chair will go above and beyond trying to justify their step down throwing events left and right. Please please pleaseeeeeeee do not make the same mistakes as last year. Qualoty, not quantity. We do not want parties every week. We dont want bangers and ragers all the time. Have a few chill events, a few hype events, and only 3/4 house bangers. Just make sure there is toilet paper, everyone gets their coats back, and itll be perfect!! Tl:dr try not to suck leo, dont overdo it like last year, and stock up on TP

Congratulations to nick on becoming president, an actual nice guy, always says hi to me whenever we cross paths. Hopefully you will bring some light to this chapter. I think guys just need to treat girls better in this house, like we weren't just placed here to satisfy your urges, that's really sad but overall all the best to you guys, hope things get better!

Other than the stupid coat check debacle, these guys are a great group of dudes. Tylar's an outstanding guy, there's a reason they have the largest chapter on campus, and they have great sorority relations compared to most of the other frats.

As another fraternity member, these guys DO NOT deserve to be down here. They do throw a lot of parties and allow sketchy people in. But, a lot of their guys are sick, super nice guys who like having fun. They always volunteer their house for inter fraternity stuff, and the areas for brothers look sick, even tho the party areas look like an elementary school. Lets stop these keyboard warriors from ruining established houses out of salt.
