That means one of two things: 1) Other frats vote for themselves, or 2) they're not as well known. I love their parties, and their socials are awesome! P.S. Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 4.8 I love them all, the guys are super nice, might not be the most attractive, but they are better friends then anyone I have met. I have known everyone in that house for 8 years. Best frat ever
