off campus?
by: questionI'm thinking of going to wake next year and know a handful of snus there. I hear they're "off-campus" with kappa sig but still operate normally. Is this true? What does off campus mean and when will they (and kappa sig I guess) get back "on campus?" Thanks

Both frats were kicked off campus for hazing, and consequently lost their charters from their natuonals and their lounge space on Wakes campus. But they operate underground and host off campus parties. If you get "initiated" you will never be recognized as a brother to the national organization (aka can't say you're a brother for networking purposes and your son won't be considered a legacy)- if that's important to you.
