Why is dirty rushing a thing

I know some girls that were already promised bids from kappa, beta, and tridelt. How is that even fair. Like what???? So unfair

Ye buddy this is a thing in all orgs but it shouldn’t be. I had a friend bid promised at ddd then they cut her. If this kind of thing happens def report it.
