To the below comments bids arent just handed out. Tons of the sororities do it. It helps out girls who might not have been able to rush. Girls were recruited and decided on just as they would have been in recruitment. Some girls didnt get in. Get your facts straight.

Haha joke...not tons of sororities do it. You don't see Adpi and KD handing out bids after recruitment. Gphi had to do it because so many girls dropped and no one wanted to be in it..had to make quota somehow right?

Sweetie...everyone knows GPHI ain't at the top. It's nice that you're sticking up for them because you probably are a gphi, but you shouldn't lie about things that are not true.

Each sorority on campus is unique and talented in their own way.
Everyone I have talked to agreed that when it comes to ranking in general based on involvement, classiness, etc. this would be the actual tiers:

Tier 1: Alpha Delta Pi and Kappa Delta
Tier 2: Delta Gamma and Zeta Tau Alpha
Tier 3: Gamma Phi Beta and Sigma Kappa

sigma kappa is not even on campus. gphi is better than ZTA and DG. it may have not been that way two years ago but it definitly is now
