Can we all just agree that top four (in no order) are:
kkg/ka
xo/beta
ddd/fiji
zta/sae

We have some other cool chapters no doubt but these are the top houses for whatever reason

Sorry but Beta quite plainly isn't top 4, and neither is XO anymore. DG and SigEp are both better candidates for top 4 status but I'd still say they're not really eligible for being considered quite top houses
