Everyone hangs with everyone and most hang out with non-Greeks too. but there's a few who hang with certain ones more than others.
I'd say mainly:
KA: TriDelt, Kappa, XO, PiPhi, Theta
Fiji: TriDelt, Kappa, XO, PiPhi, Theta
SAE: Zeta, DG, AXO (has started hanging with TriDelt and Kappa a bit)
SigEp: Zeta, DG, AXO (had started hanging with Kappa, XO, and PiPhi a bit)
Beta: Kappa, XO, Theta (little bit of TriDelt)
Delt: Zeta, DG, AXO (little bit of TriDelt)
All the above hang out with all sorts but probably mainly hang with the ones listed. Everyone else is just kind of a mix of whoever they happen to know

Yeah, I'd say that this is pretty true. These houses just "hang out" with each other because they went to the same high schools as each other (I'd actually say Beta hangs out with a lot of Pi Phis). But in terms of dating and getting invites to date parties and stuff, it's really all across the board and includes a decent number of GDIs as well.
As far as personal friends go, it's all across the board. And then all fraternity parties are open to all sororities, there are few to none "invite only" fraternity events, so you get a good chance to hang out with everyone.
