fraternities?

How are KA and Fiji?

Between the houses mentioned(SAE, delt, beta, sig ep, Fiji) which would you say is the most balanced? Like decent grades, decent guys, have fun(they don't have to have the best house) just an overall good experience

Reading this, I would have to say Sig Ep or SAE. Both Chapters are growing and well liked but a lot of people in the Greek community. But they have things they need to work on (but doesn't everyone? lols) I have some friends in other fraternities that are not mentioned they have a great time too!!

Beta:
Pros:
-Mostly wealthy/well connected
-Known to be gentlemen
-Smart
-Strong connections with the "classy" sororities
Cons:
-No house
-Parties are lame
-No real social presence
-Very cliquey
-"Aggie Cowboys" (Could be a pro but is a con to a lot of people)

Delt:
Pros:
-Nice house
-Fajitas & Rita's is a great party
-Mix of all sorts of guys
-Strong academically
-Connected with most sororities
Cons:
-House is pretty far
-Weak brotherhood
-Spends all their money on Fajitas & Rita's then doesn't do much else the rest of the year (other parties are lame)
-Not very involved outside of Greek life

Pike:
Pros:
-Smart/involved
-Known as the "nice guys"
-Parties are pretty decent
-Mix of all sorts of guys
-Not very "frat" (appealing to some people)
Cons:
-No real fraternity house
-Weak brotherhood
-Newer frat
-Not super well connected with sororities yet
-Still not really respected by other frats

Between the ones mentioned who's the most balanced? That's hard, everyone lacks in some areas and thrives in others.

SAE is really good socially but not really elsewhere. SigEp is somewhat balanced (not just saying that cause they're "the balanced men" or whatever) but still more socially oriented. Beta is really good everywhere but socially. Delt and Pike might be the most balanced overall but I hesitate to say that cause it has more to do with the fact that they bid all sorts of miscellaneous guys rather than the guys themselves being balanced

KA and SAE are for guys mainly looking into fraternity life for partying/girls. Fiji and Beta are for guys who don't care much about that and care more about being in a group of smart guys from successful backgrounds. Sigep and Delt are the most rounded and all around balanced. Sigep probably has better guys/brotherhood overall but Delt has better grades.

Pike is also very well rounded, but I would say that with the exception of this year, they're lacking socially. Mostly men's organization/FLO types, not that that's bad but they don't act like a traditional fraternity. The pikes who are more frat are the ones who couldnt get into the above fraternities but were smart enough not to go Sigma Chi IMO

I know they're not top or anything but what's so wrong with Delt?

Terrible brotherhood. Plus the guys are actually probably twice as douchy as other frats but with half the credentials to back it up

Agreed about the douchiness thing. I've always thought it's weird how SAE gets slammed for that when Delt is probably way worse over all. But as for the brotherhood thing, how would you really know if you weren't a part of the fraternity? You wouldn't

Whoa, coming from a guy in a "top 5" fraternity, that kind of behavior isn't the norm and wouldn't fly with most fraternities. I know if you did that kind of stuff in my chapter you'd probably be ostracized if not kicked out
