rushing as a junior

I want to rush as a junior for spring 2016. Do sororities see you as a worse candidate if you're a junior who's rushing? Will I have a lower chance of getting a better sorority?

you will have a very low chance to get into ANY sorority .. better keep your mind open

I thought Juniors and Seniors didn't count towards total, so if you're a decent person that shows interest, I don't see why you wouldn't receive a bid.
