The rumor I've heard from members of IFC is that there was a hazing incident reported from a pledge that dropped. There is also supposedly a video that the pledge took. If so that makes it much worse for KA. If they somehow manage to stay on campus and get a slap on the wrist like they did last fall, the members seen in that video will likely be facing expulsion if not criminal charges. But this is all speculation for now, I'm sure we'll find out more in the next couple weeks

You're wrong, if there was any evidence of hazing, the chapter would be gone already, plus there shouldn't be any reason the entire chapter isn't kicked off IF they are in trouble for hazing, it wouldn't just be one or two people getting in trouble

Yall are both stupid. No one knows anything yet so you cant be like "Your wrong, im right blah blah." If they aren't kicked off yet it means they probably won't be, and KA has a clause in their bylaws that actually helps them when things like this happen. It makes the active members that were there and knew about it liable, and takes away all liability from the fraternity itself.
Whats most likely going to happen is that a certain number of people are going to be found in charge and liable for the hazing accusation and they will be the ones punished. The fraternity as a whole might get a semester or two of social probation or something and move on. This is how things work if you have strong nationals that don't want to kill their local chapter, unless something really bad happened here.
