a couple SAEs told me that girls prefer to go their house versus Fiji/KA/SigEp/Beta/Delt. is that true? they also said that theyre "top house"

For parties, yes, SAE is "top tier" or whatever they want to call it. Their house/compound is one of the best by far. However when it comes to quality of guys or attitude/personality, that's much more questionable and up in the air.

went to the SAE river trip and found the guys snobby. they talk about themselves as if they are part of the elite and put other sororities and fraternities down. Yes their parties are full of pretty girls and are fun, yes they are attractive, yes they have money and a nice house but they are all douchey and rude. honestly, would rather go to sig ep, fiji, beta or most other fraternity events than listen to them put others down so they can prove how cool and frat they are

Girl, (if you are a girl), you're doing fraternity events wrong. You don't go to parties to talk to the guys. You're supposed to go with your girl friends and drink the free booze, maybe flirt with a few guys. Which makes me believe you're not even in a sorority, just a Blinn Team wannabe fangirl who got her feelings hurt.
