If I think I want to rush a fraternity, do I need to be going to things in college station this summer? If so, what should I try to make?

Sign up on Greek Rush. Make a profile. Wait to be contacted or contact some rush chairs on your own. Fraternity Rush's process has completely changed this year. You will almost certainly have to attend summer events if you want a bid from any of the "top" fraternities

Have the fraternities already started hosting summer events ? How many summer events will each fraternity host ?

I would imagine most fraternities have had at least one by now, mine has. But most will still be having multiple more so you should still be fine
