Throw DKE and Phi-Delt in the bottom 2 groups as well

On so many levels, sigma nu and pike aren't close to sigma chi, delt should be down with sigma chi, and sig ep should be moved up OR sae should be moved down, also take ato down, no property=not a real fraternity yet

There should be a separate category for SAE and SigEp beneath KA and Fiji but above Delt and Beta
