Can we please move on? Not sure why there is this fixation on Pi Phi, but the subject is getting REALLY old. No one would argue with the fact that the top 7 are Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delta, Chi Omega, Theta, Zeta, and DG. Saying Pi Phi is "not that good here" is just stupid. ALL chapters have something to offer, and those 7 are ALL good here! Of those 7, I have to point out that PI Phi DOES mix with the top fraternities and sororities(FACT), so clearly SOMEONE thinks they ARE good here. Just like ANYONE should admit that Zeta has pretty girls so some people think that makes them really good. Which ones YOU think are the best is a matter of opinion and what YOU think is important. Different things are important to different people. Geez.

Actually, it's Kappa, Pi Phi, TriDelta, XO, AXO, Theta Zeta and DG. Sometimes ADPi seems ok too. I will say yes, there has been unfair bashing of PiPhi.

top 3 are kappa, chi o, tri delt in no order

next 4 are zeta, theta, pi phi, DG in no order

next is AXO

next 3 is DZ, KD, GPhi in no order

then absolute bottom is ADPi

There is no such thing as "top nationally." They have different total numbers if that's what you mean. That means the number of chapters and chapter size; it's sheer numbers, not ranking on cammpuses. Some sororities put a chapter at every little community type college and some don't. If anything, the huge ones are less selective than the smaller ones. But generally you CAN NOT judge popularity across the nation. No house is popular everywhere.

Yes Pi Phi and theta are above zeta and dg here and nationally. Pi Phi and Theta are part of PKT, which is known as the cream of the crop across the nation. And yes, national rankings do matter. But at a&m, they are hands down more desired than zeta or dg. The top 5 are theta, pi phi, chio, tridelt and kappa. It's always been like this and it isn't likely to change anytime soon.

Someone finally preaches the truth instead of having the same dg/zeta on here saying they are top. The top 5 are what the person said below me. And she is correct, they are not going to change anytime soon.. it really just doesn't happen like that.. it takes YEARS for sororities to gain better/worse reps.
