What do you ladies look for when determining which girls will receive a bid during rush? For example would sophomore, junior, or senior status weigh in heavily on your decisions? Be completely honest & don't hold back!

it's actually easier to rush as a sophomore than a freshman because there is less competition. If you're a mediocre freshman PNM, chances are you will get cut by the top houses by Skit because so many of the best PNMs rush freshman year. So if you're really not that attractive and can't compete, rush sophomore year. Second - sophomores are better than juniors, seniors would be a last resort (if taken at all). The top houses take 0-1 junior per year.
