I know they are new, but do they have potential? Do they even have a house?

They don't have a house. They're currently what we call a MSC fraternity, as in they have no property of their own and conduct most activities through the MSC and other on campus facilities, as well as probably the apartments/houses of the actives. They've only been around for 4 years I believe, so they're rather low on the totem pole

New house on some land, pretty good party there a couple weeks ago. Always a fun group to hang with, and down to earth
