PBP has better grades and a better reputation in Texas. It’s top tier at most Texas schools. DZ doesn’t have chapters at any Div 1 school in Texas except TAMU, no chapter at Oklahoma or Arkansas either. KD also has weak chapters in Texas.

There is no such thing as a signup snap bid list LOL.
I'm not a kd or a dz, it's just wrong and unfair to ALL chapters when ignorant people come on here saying stuff when they don't know what they're talking about.
If you are actually talking about COB and calling it Snap Bids then sit down.
COB is an option when Chapter Total is reset by panhellenic in spring and a chapter is under that number so it creates openings for them. It doesn't mean a chapter didn't make Quota in fall; all chapters made Quota in fall.

Some chapters, the stronger ones, don’t have to ever do spring recruitment, because they have great retention.

EVERY chapter has offered spring bids one year or another, they just do it on the DL without an announcement because chapters don't have to be on a list to COB, they just offer the bids. People graduate in December and numbers dip so spring bids are offered. Just because you don't see them on a COB list doesn't mean they aren't doing it.

No way yall are trying to argue that Pi Phi is better than DZ or AXO…there’s nothing bad about COB but I’m 99% certain every chapter except KKG cob’d this year anyways…

nationally yes those are some of the strongest chapters but if you ask anybody at tamu no one is saying kat & pbp are the top houses

KAT and PBP are tops in grades. KAT is tops in Philanthropy and Retention also.
Sororities are about sisterhood, academics, philanthropy and social. DZ and AXO hang out the most at the Frats true.
