That's not retention that's just membership numbers. Retention is the difference between fall and spring. If you take the total membership number from fall (returning sisters + new members) and subtract the returning sisters number from spring (do not include new spring members) you can see how many are returning between fall and spring and look for a trend over a few years, BUT that doesn't account for December graduations. The chapter membership number doesn't tell anything about retaining members.

Many members disaffiliate over the summer and spring semester so this is very relevant. The larger the chapter - the stronger the chapter.

Theta should be ranked higher - way above ADPI, Gamma Phi, DZ, AOPI, AXO.
