Tri Delt House Tear Down 2025 :-(

Tri Delt announced that this upcoming pledge class will not be able to live in house because they are tearing down their house. So sad for the PNMs!

Oh I'm sure they'll have a architect's drawing up and say, "look where you'll get to live" and then they won't give the whole truth that it won't be done for 2 years and the next two pledge classes will be sol for house experiences

That sucks. I was interested in going DDD because their instagram looked cute but i just can’t imagine not getting to live in the house. I’ve heard of that being the best memories you make in a sorority. Where would chapter be?

I also heard that dues would go up for PNMS to help pay for the new TriDelt house because this was a spur of the moment thing and they didn't have money in the bank for a new house. Did anyone else hear that?

Yes, dues will be higher. So if you pledge DDD this fall, you will pay more/ not get to live in a sorority house ever and get the privilege of recruiting from a tent for at least 1 year, if not 2.
