Can girls get into chili builds for free?

I've seen a lot of frats push their build bands or passes, but how likely would it be for me to get into the builds for free? Like are they lax about it the same way they are with parties? If so, which frats usually let girls in without build bands? It's my first ever chilifest so I just have no idea

50/50 getting into builds without a band. Also this year chilifest put a cap on alcohol based on chili tickets sold so builds may be more strict this year.

frats who are lower down on the lineup will most likely let people in for free because their builds are more empty than others
