why is theta sanctioned?

I just saw it on the ofsl website that they’re sanctioned through may 2024

I think I heard someone mention zeta being on probation on here but they're not, just kappa and theta on the website and I don't know why theta is either

their sanction got taken off at the end of the year, but i did see them on the website when the OP posted about it

It looks like the sanctions are related to alcohol and hazing.
