I also rushed super late which I 100% regret because I wish I would've done it way sooner since girls that go through recruitment are lower classmen. I got into a top sorority but I really didn't get to bond with anyone my age but more so the lower classmen since we spent the most time together. I 100% recommended you go through COB to avoid the chaos of formal recruitment as an upperclassmen since freshman are still in a HS mentality and you have to deal with that for like 6 hours everyday. You have a better shot at getting into a sorority than womens org since womens orgs do put preference on their applicants based on their years.

Panhellenic just came out with adpi, aoii, and gphi for cob so if you want, take your pick. Or just go through formal recruitment and see if you have better odds.
