they just kinda remind me of chi o at this point - weird mix of christian and party girls. really cliquey and don’t like to hang out with people who aren’t thetas.

Theta isn’t a flop. They are a middle house with a variety of girls. They raise a lot of money for their philanthropy, very involved on campus and most of the girls are nice and friendly. Not sure why you are shading them. Pan love to all the chapters…. Even Kappa.
